How long are my files stored?
It depends on your plan: 1 day on Free, 15 days on Pro, 30 days on Studio. After that, both the result and the source file are deleted for good, with no way to recover them. Download what you need before it expires.
What about audio quality?
Files are processed in the same format as they are uploaded so the result is in the highest quality possible. No algorithm is perfect, but we tune ours to keep the voice natural, intelligible and free of robotic artefacts — and we keep improving it.
How do conversion minutes work?
Each plan includes a number of audio minutes you can process per month. Spread them over as many files as you like: with 10 minutes you can process 3 files of 3 minutes, or 2 files of 5 minutes. Files round up to the next minute — 1 minute 28 seconds counts as 2 minutes. Minutes renew every month and don't stack.
What formats are supported?
In the browser: the common audio containers — MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG, AAC, AIFF. Through the desktop app: those same formats plus video — MP4, MOV, WEBM — whose audio is extracted locally. On the way out: a lossless audio file, in the same family as the source where possible.
