Billing questions
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Whatever is already running finishes normally. You simply can’t start anything new until your quota renews, or until you move up a plan. No surprise charges.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Minutes renew on the first day of each billing period and don’t stack month to month. Files round up to the next minute: 1 minute 28 seconds counts as 2 minutes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account and without giving a reason. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account drops back to Free.
How long do you keep my files?
Your results stay downloadable for 1 day on Free, 15 days on Pro and 30 days on Studio. After that, both results and source file are deleted for good. Download what you need before it expires.
